Vice President of Sales

Key Responsibilities:
> Build and lead our sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue across key vertical markets
> Contribute to company strategy & take part in decisions that will impact company’s evolution
> Identify new areas for growth, including the development of channel strategies
> Demonstrate your exceptional skills in sales management, forecasting and revenue growth
> Mentor, motivate, and coach sales team to achieve and exceed goals
> Identify new talent and encourage the development of your current talent
> Leverage sales management best practices
Requirements:
> 15+ years experience in a sales management capacity
> Background in software/SaaS-based business solutions or market research services
> Possess exceptional presentation skills
> Have managed a team of at minimum 10-15 sales people
> Demonstrated a strong, and consistent proven track record of surpassing sales goals
> Experienced working in an entrepreneurial environment
> University degree
> Effective communicator at all organizational levels internally and externally
> Bilingual (English and French) an asset
