Job Description:
Agility Metrics is currently seeking a Marketing Research & Customer Insights Analyst
to join the Client Services team in our Montreal headquarters. Reporting to the
Vice President of Client Solutions and Services, you will responsible for survey
methodology, questionnaire design, program documentation, quantitative and qualitative
data analysis, including sophisticated modeling and delivering business insights
to our clients. You will add value through a strong understanding of client needs
and providing them with the analytical insights and strategic recommendations that
will help them achieve their business goals.
About You:
You are a seasoned marketing research professional with strong analytical, technical
and logical thinking skills and the maturity to work directly with people at multiple
levels in the client organization. You are highly organized and have the ability
to handle multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines
and priorities. This position favors a candidate with a diverse set of skills which
encompass marketing research, customer insights and analytics with a proven business
consulting track record. As such, the position requires a deep understanding of
all the key facets of quantitative and qualitative marketing research including
design, implementation, analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
> Development of research methodologies
> Design survey questionnaires
> Project coordination
> In close collaboration with the technical team, participate in the implementation
of our customer feedback solutions including setup, testing and quality assurance
activities
> Create detailed training / system documentation and deliver to client
> Ability to design and execute research projects and translate the results into
actionable and strategic recommendations to clients
> Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analyses
> Write reports to present results to clients in the most insightful and actionable
manner possible
> Coordinate and manage key client deliverables
> Implement an internal customer satisfaction measurement program to evaluate our
client relationships
> In collaboration with marketing, conduct industry research on consumer insights
> Engage in cross-functional initiatives with the software development team and
marketing to improve existing products and participate in the development of new
products or services
Requirements:
> 5 to 10 years of quantitative and qualitative marketing research experience
> Deep experience with using market research and customer experience metrics as
a key input to business strategy and operational improvement
> Experience in retail and/or consumer markets with knowledge of the healthcare
sector a definite asset
> Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
> Strong understanding of advanced statistical methods including correlation, regression,
Structural Equation Modelling, factor analysis, etc…
> Expert knowledge of SPSS
> Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
> Excellent presentation and communication skills to senior level executives
> Ability to communicate analysis results to clients in a professional, clear and
concise manner
> Experience handling, manipulating and analyzing data sets
> Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work with both technical and business
staff
> Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
> Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional environment with
team members
> Bachelors or Masters degree is required (preferably in a market research or related
field)
> Fluent English with proficiency in French a definite asset
